We do not collect payment information through this website.

We use what you submit to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Prepare the free revenue audit or trial setup you asked for
• Contact you about it on the phone number or email you gave us
• Follow up with you regarding that audit, trial or proposal, at your invitation

We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

We use Meta Pixel on zeffu.com to understand visits and successful enquiries, measure Facebook and Instagram advertising, and create advertising audiences. Meta may receive browser information such as the page URL, page title, event time, device and browser details, and Meta advertising cookies.

We do not send enquiry form contents, hotel details, phone numbers or email addresses to Meta through browser Pixel events. Meta processes Pixel data under its own privacy terms and controls whether a visitor can be matched to a Meta account.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your details are shared only with the people at Zeffu who handle your enquiry, and with service providers we use to run this website and our communications (for example hosting and messaging providers), who process it only on our instructions.

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are commercially relevant: while we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in systems with access limited to the people who need it. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we apply to our own business records.
