Free property assessment

We start by understanding your hotel properly. That means your current occupancy, your rate history, which booking sites you're on, how your team is structured, and what similar hotels nearby look like. This takes one conversation and a look at your numbers. No fee, no obligation, and no pressure. We either see a genuine opportunity, or we tell you honestly that we don't.

A clear proposal within seven days

Within seven days you receive a written proposal. It covers our read on your revenue opportunity, the specific operational changes we'd make, our management fee structure (which is aligned to your profit, not your top line) and the proposed engagement term with a defined exit clause. Nothing is hidden, and nothing is locked in until you sign.

30-day transition

Once you proceed, we run a structured 30-day onboarding. Your property management system is set up or migrated. Channel connections are established and your listings on booking sites like MakeMyTrip and Booking.com are audited and rewritten. A data-led pricing model replaces gut-feel rates. Your staff stay, every one of them, and go through structured training on the new systems and service standards. We don't arrive to replace your operation. We arrive to upgrade it.

Ongoing operations

From day 31, we run the operation. Room pricing runs on a live model that adjusts to demand, local events and what similar hotels nearby are charging each day. Where and how your rooms get sold is actively managed across every channel, with direct bookings grown deliberately. Your team is supported, trained continuously and held to a professional bar. Finance is clean and reported in real time, not handed to you in a PDF at month end.

Quarterly reviews with you

Every quarter we sit with you (in person or over video) and review the numbers together. We look at what worked, what we're adjusting, and where the next opportunity is. You set the direction. We execute it. This is not a set-and-forget arrangement; it is a working partnership reviewed regularly and held to account.

Pricing your rooms

Rates at independent hotels are usually set by habit: last year's base, adjusted by feel. Zeffu replaces that with smart pricing built from your own booking history, how bookings are coming in, local event calendars and what similar hotels nearby are charging each day. Pricing adjusts continuously across every channel. You stop leaving money on the table in high season and stop panicking into discounts in low season.

Booking sites & direct guests

We look after every booking site you're on: your listing, your photos and description, your reviews, and making sure you show up high when guests search. At the same time, we work to grow your direct booking share: Google Hotel Ads, your own booking page, repeat-guest outreach and corporate rate agreements. The goal is not to be on more booking sites; it is to need them less.

Front desk & daily running

Guest experience is where the review score is won or lost. Zeffu introduces consistent standard operating procedures across check-in, housekeeping, F&B service and guest communication. Your team is trained to a professional bar and held to it. The result is a predictable, reviewable guest experience that compounds in your reputation over time.

Money & clear reporting

We run clean books and close them on time. Revenue, expenses, payroll, vendor payments and GST compliance are handled or tightly supervised by our finance team. You see the real numbers (what you earn and what you spend) live in your dashboard, instead of a surprise at the end of the quarter. Nothing is obscured, and every rupee is accounted for with a clear explanation.

Bringing in business

Guests don't walk through the door by themselves. Zeffu actively pursues corporate accounts, group bookings and event contracts. Online presence is maintained and improved: getting your hotel found when guests search, reviews, property photography and content that reflects what your hotel actually is. We also manage seasonal promotions and package design to fill rooms that would otherwise sit empty.

Your team is your most important operational asset and the one most often left without structure or development. Zeffu provides ongoing training, clear role definitions, performance reviews and a professional management layer above your daily team. When someone leaves, we support the hiring process.
