What owners ask before they enquire

Do I have to rebrand my hotel? +

No. Your hotel name, signage and identity stay exactly as they are. Zeffu operates entirely in the background. Guests check in and out with your brand. We have no interest in replacing what you have built.

How are you paid? +

A management fee tied to what the hotel keeps, not just what it brings in. When you do better, we do better. When occupancy is low, your fixed costs stay low. There is no franchise fee and no hidden surcharge. The exact numbers are set out in writing in your proposal before you decide anything.

What happens to my staff? +

Your team stays. We train, support and where necessary strengthen them, but we do not start by cleaning house. A handover that destabilises your staff is bad for the hotel and bad for us. Any new hires go through you for final approval.

Am I locked in? Can I exit? +

Every agreement includes a defined notice period and a clean termination clause. We earn the renewal by performing; you are never trapped into continuing. The exact term and exit conditions are written into your proposal so there are no surprises.

Do you need capital investment from me? +

Zeffu does not require you to fund a renovation or buy into a brand. We work with the property and the budget as it stands. If capital improvements would materially lift performance, we will say so honestly in the assessment, but the decision and the spend are yours.

Who makes the final decisions? +

You do, on anything that matters. The day-to-day running (room rates, staff rosters, supplier calls) is ours to handle. Anything that costs significant money, affects your ownership, or changes how the hotel works is always brought to you first. You have a live dashboard so you can see everything at any moment.

What technology or dashboard do I get? +

You get an owner dashboard showing, live: how full you are, what you charge per room, what each room earns, how many guests book you directly, and the real money in and out, updated continuously, not buried in a monthly PDF. You can look in at any time from your phone or laptop. The platform is built and maintained by Zeffu; there is nothing extra to pay for.

How long does the transition take? +

A typical handover runs about 30 days. In the first week we set your room pricing and get your rooms listed on the right booking sites. In the second week we train your team and get everyone settled. Weeks three and four are full operations. Your hotel stays open throughout. No closure, no disruption to guests.
